In certain cases we consider DLQ messages as problems with a particular service that must be resolved. As a result of the current configuration team members get a notification that something went wrong and hopefully start processing. Since the threshold values are configured quite low (sometimes even DLQ Message count > 0 is an issue) they only get a notification once. In an ideal world they would get a notification every time a “new” DLQ message arrives
